Shipping Policy for MyLovebugRocky

At MyLovebugRocky, we want to ensure your magical items—from character pajamas to cozy slippers—reach you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes.

2. Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • Our handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been handed over to the carrier.

3. Transit Time & Shipping Rates

We primarily ship via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 6-9 business days but may arrive sooner depending on location.
  • Shipping transit times are just an estimate.  Carrier and weather condition delays may occur so transit times have been adjusted to reflect delays that may or may not occur.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: $9.98 (Estimated 6-9 business days); 
  • The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

Please use tracking numbers provided for actual delivery information.  Items are shipped 1-2 days from warehouse.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@mylovebugrocky.com.
