Return Policy
- Return Window: Customers in the United States have 10 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not accept exchanges.
- Item Condition: All items must be returned in the same condition as received. Brand new item must be unused and unwashed in original packaging with UPC codes attached to be eligible for a return. Preloved Threads must be unused and unwashed to be eligible for a return
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items once the return has been preapproved.
- How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact us at support@mylovebugrocky.com for a preapproved authorization code. Once obtained, please mail back the item and send us an email at support@mylovebugrocky.com with the tracking number, order number and preapproved authorization number so we can keep an eye out for the return and promptly issue your refund upon receipt of the item.
- Refund Process and Timeline: Upon receipt and inspection, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take up to 10 business days to return funds back to your account.
- Returns for Buyer's Remorse: There is 10% restocking fee on all items returned. Please follow the return policy outlined above. Returns must be initiated within 10 days.
- Preloved Threads & Collectibles Collections: All sales are final; Returns are not accepted from these collections.
- Defective or Damaged Items: We strive for a perfect customer experience every time, however, should an item arrive defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, please follow the return process below for a full refund including return shipping costs.

- To initiate a return for a faulty product, please email support@mylovebugrocky.com with your order number and photos of the defect. Photos are required to process the refund.
- For verified defective orders, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
- Once the item is received back and inspected, a full refund (item cost +original shipping cost will be refunded to your original payment method.
